Dundee Township Planning Commission
Regular Meeting - Minutes
July 18, 2007
Vice-Chairman Ed Proctor brought the regular meeting of the Planning Commission to order at 7:00 p.m. Roll call was taken at this time, these members were present: Chuck Ruehs, Jeanette Brockman and John Williams. Chairman Art Bronson, Secretary David Sedlar and Building Inspector Bob Madaski were excused absences, George Horkey was an unexcused absence.
The minutes to the June regular meeting were unanimously accepted after Mr Ruehs moved to accept them as printed and Ms. Brockman supported this motion.
The agenda for the July 18, 2007 meeting was then reviewed by all members. Mr. Williams moved to accept the agenda as written, Ms. Brockman supported him and all were in favor.
There was no public present and no communications.
Scheduled Business
A. Building Permits - Because of the absence of Building Inspector Bob Madaski there were no building permits.
New Business - Mr. Ruehs had a question about the old Jessie Oil property on M-50 now currently owned by Mario Defelice. He noted that the old building had been torn down and was wondering if things were ready to go for the new building. Mr. Williams said yes they have started.
With nothing further Mr. Williams moved to adjourn the meeting, Mr. Ruehs seconded his motion, it was unanimously accepted. Meeting adjourned 7:03 p.m..
