Dundee Township Planning Commission
Regular Meeting Minutes
January 17, 2007
Chairman Art Bronson brought the regular meeting for the month of January to order at 7:00 p.m. Roll call was taken these members were present: Jeanette Brockman, Ed Proctor, Chuck Ruehs and David Sedlar. George Horkey was an unexcused absence and John Williams and Bob Madaski were excused absences.
The minutes for the Regular meeting for December were unanimously accepted after Ms. Brockman supported Mr. Proctor's motion to do so.
The agenda for the January 17, 2007 meeting was review by everyone. Mr. Sedlar made a motion to accept it as printed, Mr. Ruehs seconded her motion and all were in favor.
There was no public comment.
Communications - Chairman Bronson noted that the Township Board approved the ordinance amendments for ponds and the extractive operations. He also received a letter from the Township Attorneys, Petrangelo and Bondy stating that it has been 5 years since we revamped the Township Master plan and it should be reviewed.
Scheduled Business
A. Building Permits - Mr. Madaski left a list of the building permits that were issued since the last meeting. The commissioners reviewed building permits #960 - 963.
B. Discuss LSL's ordinance review - Chairman Bronson handed out the results of LSL's review of the ordinance book for everyone to look over and said we would discuss them at the next regular meeting. After that we would have to have a public hearing.
With no further business to transact Ed Proctor made a motion to adjourn the meeting, Dave Sedlar seconded his motion. It was unanimously accepted, meeting adjourned at 7:17 p.m.
