Dundee Township Planning Commission
Regular Meeting - Minutes
December 19, 2007
The regular meeting of the Planning Commission was brought to order by Chairman Art Bronson at 7:00 p.m. The roll call was taken, these members were present: Chuck Ruehs, George Horkey, Jeanette Brockman, Ed Proctor, David Sedlar, Gary Lazette and Building Inspector Bob Madaski
Mr. Proctor moved to accept the minutes of the November regular meeting as printed, Mr. Sedlar supported this motion. They were unanimously accepted.
All members present reviewed the agenda for the regular meeting of December 19, 2007. Ms. Brockman then made a motion to accept it as is, Mr. Ruehs seconded this motion and all members were in favor.
There was no public present and no communications.
Chairman Bronson noted that Gary Lazette is now the liaison because of the passing of John Williams.
Scheduled Business
A. Building Permits - Mr. Madaskii presented to the Commissioners permits #PB070065 - #PB070071, all members present reviewed them.
B. Set Meeting Calender for 2008 - There wasn't a problem with any of the dates for the year 2008, Mr. Proctor moved to accept the calendar for next year for every third Wednesday, Mr. Sedlar seconded his motion and all were in favor.
New Business: Mr. Madaski noted that we have nothing in our ordinances that covers outdoor wood furnaces and also we have nothing to enforce non compliance with pulling a building permit. Chairman Bronson said that he would discuss the outdoor wood furnaces with Jeff Purdy but the non compliance enforcement would have to be handled by the Township Board.
With nothing further Mr. Proctor made a motion to adjourn the meeting, Mr. Sedlar seconded this motion, it was unanimously accepted. Meeting adjourned 7:15 p.m.
