Dundee Township Planning Commission
Regular Meeting Minutes
January 16, 2008
Vice-Chairman Ed Proctor brought the regular meeting for the month of January to order at 7:00 p.m. Roll call was taken these members were present: Jeanette Brockman, Chuck Ruehs and Liaison Gary Lazette, George Horkey, Bob Madaski and Secretary David Sedlar. Chairman Art Bronson was an unexcused absence.
The minutes for the Regular meeting for December were unanimously accepted after Ms. Brockman supported Mr. Lazette's motion to do so.
Mr. Sedlar made a motion to accept the minutes to the Ordinance Public Hearing, Mr. Ruehs seconded his motion and all were in favor.
The agenda for the January 16, 2008, meeting was reviewed by everyone. Ms. Brockman made a motion to accept it as printed, Mr. Ruehs seconded her motion and all were in favor.
There were no communications and Ed Baranowski was the public present.
Scheduled Business
A. Building Permits - Mr. Madaski reported that there were no building permits issued since the last meeting.
With no further business to discuss Ms. Brockman made a motion to adjourn, Mr. Sedlar seconded this motion, it was unanimously accepted. Meeting adjourned at 7:07 p.m.
