A Special Meeting of the Dundee Township Board was held Thursday, July 6, 2023. Supervisor Uhl called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.  The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Present were: Trustees: Gary Lazette, Travis Horkey, Ken Jaworski, Alana Horkey, Supervisor Uhl, & Clerk Anderson. Excused Absence: Treasurer Hunt. Clerk Anderson did roll call.

Trustee Lazette motioned to approve the revised agenda. Trustee Jaworski supported. Motion carried.

Review/ Discussion Resolution #2023-7 MI Fire Equipment Grant Resolution. Trustee Jaworski motioned to adopt Resolution #2023-7. Trustee Lazette supported. Roll Call vote: Trustee Lazette – yes, Trustee Alana Horkey – yes, Trustee Travis Horkey – yes, Clerk Anderson – yes, Trustee Jaworski – yes, Supervisor Uhl – yes. Excused Absence: Treasurer Hunt. Motion carried.

Review/ Discussion Resolution #2023-8 MTPP Grant Resolution. Trustee Lazette motioned to adopt Resolution #2023-7. Trustee Jaworski supported. Roll Call vote: Trustee Lazette – yes, Trustee Alana Horkey – yes, Trustee Travis Horkey – yes, Clerk Anderson – yes, Trustee Jaworski – yes, Supervisor Uhl – yes. Excused Absence: Treasurer Hunt. Motion carried.

Trustee Jaworski motioned to adjourn at 5:34. Trustee Lazette supported. Motion carried.
