Dundee Township Planning Commission

Regular Meeting Minutes

October 21, 2020

Chairman Art Bronson brought the regular meeting for the month of October to order at 7:00 p.m.  After the Pledge of Allegiance, the roll call was taken by Secretary David Sedlar these members were present:  Vice-Chairman Ed Proctor, Commissioner Jeanette Brockman. Commissioner George Salenbien and Building Inspector Dennis Kolar. Liaison CJ Horkey and Commissioner Bill Plumb were unexcused absences.

Ms. Brockman made a motion to except the minutes to the September regular meeting/Zoning Ordinance Amendments Public Hearing as written, Mr. Proctor supported this motion and all were in favor.

All members present reviewed the agenda for the October 21, 2020 meeting. Mr. Proctor made a motion to accept it as written, Mr. Sedlar was in support and it was unanimously accepted.

There was no public comment.

Communications – Chairman Bronson noted that there wasn’t much on the agenda, but we were having this meeting, the third for 2020, because we are required to hold a minimum of four per year.

Scheduled Business

1. Building Permits – Building Inspector Dennis Kolar handed out a printout of the building activity from the first of the year until this meeting.    

Old Business – Chairman Bronson said that he was near completion of the recommendations of the Zoning Ordinance Amendments that was discussed at the last meeting and sending them to Carlisle Wortman. Carlisle Wortman will then polish them up and get them to the Township Board for their final decision.  

New business – There was no new business to discuss.

Mr. Sedlar made a motion to adjourn, Mr. Proctor seconded this motion, and it was unanimously accepted. Meeting adjourned at 7:08 p.m.
