SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES

APRIL 1, 2021

 

A Special Meeting of the Dundee Township Board was held Thursday, April 1, 2021.  Supervisor Uhl called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m.    The Pledge of Allegiance & roll of officials were waived as the board, previous to the special meeting, did both for the Truth in Taxation hearing.

Present was: Supervisor Uhl, Clerk Sanders, Treasurer Hunt and Trustees: Gary Lazette, C.J. Horkey, Travis Horkey and Ken Jaworski.

 

ADOPT/REVISE AGENDA: Trustee CJ Horkey made a motion to adopt the agenda as presented with the waiving of the Pledge of Allegiance & adopting the roll call from the previous hearing.

 

 

CORRESPONDENCE: None

 

Public comment: No Public comment.

 

New Business:

*2020-2021 Budget Amendments

No amendments were made to the budget. There were changes made that were discussed at the previous budget workshop held on 3/3/2021.

The changes made were as follows.

101-000-403 Taxes-Real from $304,000.00 to $314,000.00

101-276-930 Cemetery Maintenance from $17,000.00 to $20,000.00

404-000-972 Road projects from $600,000.00 to $755,000.00

 

*Resolution 2021-5 (2021-2022) Budget Adoption: Trustee CJ Horkey made a motion to adopt Resolution 2021-5 2021-2022 budget. Trustee Ken Jaworski supported.

A roll call was taken.

Treasurer Hunt- Yes

Trustee CJ Horkey- Yes

Trustee Ken Jaworski- Yes

Trustee Travis Horkey- Yes

Trustee Gary Lazette- Yes

Clerk Sanders- Yes

Supervisor Uhl- Yes

The vote was unanimous.    Motion Carried.

 

ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL BOARD COMMENTS:  None

 

Clerk Sanders made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Trustee Travis Horkey supported. Motion carried. The meeting ended at 7:06pm.
